“Maya’s facilitation … was exceptional”
Maya’s facilitation during our strategic planning session at Mugna Technologies in 2023 was exceptional. She introduced us to a powerful framework that transformed our decision-making process, promoted collaboration within our team, and created a comfortable atmosphere for effective communication.

Thanks to Maya’s facilitation skills, we successfully navigated complex discussions, uncovered our strengths, and set a clear direction for our future.

“Unconventional yet immersive.”
“Safe to share and respond.”

Maya and I worked closely in planning a workshop with IPEd Coordinators in Talaingod, Davao del Norte.

She gave great suggestions and was also open to the suggestions of the organizing team about how to design the workshop so that there will really be an inner change in participants beyond the workshop. I really enjoyed Maya’s unconventional facilitation that included putting all gadgets aside, singing in rounds, story-telling, and roleplaying. Everyone was fully immersed as Maya segued from one activity to the next all the while making everyone feel safe to share their experiences and respond to each other.

“Empowering.”
The tools and techniques introduced by Maya during the strategic planning session have empowered our team in many ways. We now can address issues head-on. Senior staff members are now able to discuss decisions openly with the younger managing family- member-owners. Our weekly meetings have evolved beyond just business discussions. There’s much more trust and much better communication. Our workplace feels like a supportive community.

“Truly outstanding.”
“Profoundly impactful.”

Maya’s facilitation of our strategic planning workshop was truly outstanding. Her expertly crafted content was clear, relatable and profoundly impactful. She let us connect deeply with our core values and inspired us to reach into the depths of our higher selves and let that reflection shine through in our collaborative output. As a result, Dihon Sa’Raya now embraces a unified strategic direction and a reinvigorated sense of purpose.

“Maya’s design can produce an output that is “official” as a workable timeline”

Maya’s workshop not only put our combined aspirations on hard paper at the center of a high wall in the room, but also bared our raw emotions stamped on the same highly placed paper.

Turned out to be one of the most intimate and refreshing conversations from the people who I knew for a long time, and from those I’m seeing for the first time after a long and difficult pandemic.

The workshop helped clarify the expertise of everyone involved in the program – our true motivations, self interests and individual limitations. The internal conflicts, both expressed and surpressed, surfaced in those two days in a way that had everyone agreeing on the big “why” of us all implementing the program.

Surprised even more that with all the singing and real talk, that Maya’s design can produce an output that is “official” as a workable timeline.

“Thoughtful strategic approach.”

As an advisor for TIOF, Maya has proven her abilities in organizational development by helping us to fortify our organization and its operations through a thoughtful strategic approach.

I admire how Maya has been consciously simplifying her life while mastering process facilitation, storytelling, and permaculture design farming. This has directly translated into her work which, I am certain, will benefit any organization.

“Dynamic.”
“Truly amazing ability to weave through an organization’s tapestry.”

The pandemic disruptions shook our organization. We needed external guidance. So I asked Maya to lead the much needed conversations among our care-providers and our youth leaders. Through Maya’s interactive and dynamic processes, and non-violent and trauma-informed communication, we became very open and experienced genuine exchanges of opinions. Maya’s ability to weave through our organizational tapestry by letting participants share their stories through group work and individual expressions using simple artwork and physical exercises is truly amazing. That workshop with her, I believe, was what helped us face and manage the pandemic impacts well. I definitely recommend her to other organizations wanting to spur difficult yet meaningful conversations within and create the changes they want.

“Maya is a guide and pathfinder to a complex world”

Maya has contributed to Bamboo Bootcamp’s identity and collectively shaped our organization to a direction where we are able to internalize from within ourselves and as a group. Her genuine honesty and pure curiosity for life and knowledge, is a testament on how she opens up individuals and groups as a guide and pathfinder to a complex world.

Brilliant facilitator.”
“Able to handle a diverse group and discover their potential.

Maya is a brilliant facilitator. She exudes warmth and tenderness while remaining firm with the agreements set. During our inception workshop, with the raging typhoon outside, Maya continued the facilitation using varied methods that encouraged all of us to participate. Despite the electricity fluctuating, we continued the discussion, guided by Maya’s voice.

I admire Maya’s ability to easily and effectively handle a diverse group of participants and discover their potential to transform themselves, others, and the world.

“Intuitive skill.”
“Ability to read people and channel energy to desired outcome.”

Maya is an immensely beautiful soul — someone whose intelligence is eclipsed only by her intuitive skill in the way she facilitates conversations, meetings, focused group discussions, team building, and learning sessions.

I usually go to Maya for major planning and culture building of the various companies I lead because of her ability to read people and channel a group’s energy towards a collaborative and productive mode to reach desired outcomes.

I’m truly glad to to call Maya a friend and, in so many ways, a guide.
